House of Representatives and Senate The American Legion, Boys State offers an enhanced perspective on the practical operation of our system of government. American Legion Boys State can easily be classified as a "leadership in action program" teaching qualified male high school juniors in a practical government course designed to develop in the young citizens.

Each delegate is asked to submit a legislative bill one month prior to attending
Boys State. Delegates are asked to prepare a bill and e-mail the bill to Daniel Zwonitzer.
Dan will sort the bills and select the bills which will be review and acted on
by either the House of Representatives or Senate. Information on preparing a bill is listed below:
